Anti-Fog Film
This film is designed to prevent fogging by absorbing moisture when the humidity is high and releasing moisture when the humidity is low.
Features
Our anti-fog film is structured with an anti-fog layer on top of polyethylene terephthalate (PET), and an adhesive layer on the opposite side. It has a high anti-fog performance and is adopted in part of the front glass of automobiles.
Functionality
The anti-fog layer is a water-absorbing resin film with a thickness of less than 10μm, it has a highly effective water absorption capacity and excellent transparency.
Weather Resistance
Our anti-fog film was developed for automotive applications and has high weather resistance against ultraviolet rays and heat from sunlight.

Coating Manufacturing Contracting Case
Background
Company D wanted to form rubber-based paint on metal foil with a film thickness of about 10μm, and we asked us for the coating. Since it is usually used with thick film of several hundred micrometers, D Ltd. seemed to have a manufacturing facility for that thickness, but it became an inquiry to us because it was a developed thin film type product. We also have coating facilities for small lots, such as developed products.
We were very pleased because we were able to minimize the use of costly paints as well as forming a thin and uniform coating film that D Ltd. wanted.
